Fridays at Noon
Maurice Ravel and Francis Poulenc will perform “The French Hour” and play chamber music at noon Friday in Morgan Auditorium for the Fridays at Noon series. Members of the Cardinal Winds, Zach Pulse on the oboe, Alex Rosales Garcia on the bassoon and Hedy Lee on piano, will be featured, as well as a guest piano performance by Jackie Tu. There will be another Fridays at Noon concert Dec. 4 featuring a department student recital at Morgan Auditorium.
Guitar Trio
The Cat, the Hag and the Longstreet Jazz Guitar Trio will perform at 7:30 p.m. Friday at Morgan Auditorium. Admission is free.
Choral Concert
Assistant Professor of Music, Voice and Chorus Irene Messoloras will conduct a choral concert at 6 p.m. on Dec. 6 at Morgan Auditorium for the Sundays at the Morgan series. There is a suggested admission donation of $20 and students are free.
‘Annie’
The Theatre Experience of SoCal will perform the musical “Annie” at 2 p.m. Saturday at Bridges Auditorium in Claremont. For tickets, visit pomona.edu/events/annie.
‘Nutcracker’
A performance of “The Nutcracker” by the Inland Pacific Ballet will be at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Dec. 5 and at 2 p.m. Dec. 6 at Bridges Auditorium in Claremont. For tickets, visit pomona.edu/events/nutcracker-ballet.
Art After Hours
The Pomona College Museum of Art will host Art After Hours from 5-11 p.m. Dec. 3. The event will feature an exhibit, live music and activities. Admission is free. For more information, visit pomona.edu/museum.
